Play better golf by fixing what your body can't do,
not just your swing.
TPI Golf Fitness & Performance
with Dr. Chris in Arvada, CO

Most swing faults aren't swing problems. They're body problems. A tight hip, a stiff upper back or a weak core can force your swing into compensations that cost you distance, consistency and comfort, and can lead to back, neck and shoulder pain.
At Optimal Health Chiropractic, Dr. Chris Stull, DC, is TPI Level 1 Certified. He uses the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening system to find the physical limitations affecting your swing, then builds a personalized exercise plan so you can swing more freely and play without pain.
TPI assessments take place in our private swing studio near W. 80th Ave and Simms St in Arvada, equipped with a launch monitor and golf simulator. You'll receive the exact address when you book. Regular chiropractic care continues at our Broomfield office.

What Is TPI?
The Titleist Performance Institute is a world-leading golf health and fitness education organization, based in Oceanside, California. Since 2003, TPI has studied how the human body affects the golf swing, and it has certified thousands of medical, fitness and golf professionals around the world.
TPI's core idea is the Body-Swing Connection: there's no single "perfect" swing. Instead, there's an efficient swing for each golfer, based on what their body can physically do. When a joint lacks mobility or a muscle lacks stability or strength, your swing compensates, and those compensations show up as common swing faults like early extension, loss of posture or a reverse spine angle.
As a TPI Level 1 Certified chiropractor, Dr. Chris can find these physical limitations and build a targeted exercise plan to improve them.
TPI Services We Offer
-
TPI Golf Movement Screen: A 16-point physical screen that tests the mobility, stability and balance your swing depends on, including hip rotation, trunk rotation, pelvic control, shoulder mobility and single-leg balance.
-
Swing & Body Analysis: We connect your screen results to your swing to show which physical limitations are most likely causing your swing faults. We capture your swing on our launch monitor and simulator, so you can see your numbers, such as club speed, ball speed and launch, alongside your screen results.
-
Personalized Corrective Exercise Program: A home exercise program built from your screen results to improve mobility, stability and strength where your body needs it most.
-
Golf Injury Care: Return-to-play guidance for golfer's elbow, low back strain, shoulder pain and other common golf injuries.
-
Re-screens: Follow-up screens to track your progress and update your program as you improve.
